Hi! My name is Meesha and in case you’ve forgotten, I am a big part of the Lovin Livin Team. You may have seen my bio on the Lovin Livin website.   If not, well my role is to teach people how to have fun and also to spread my love!  Today I want to share a few of my favourite summer Fun Do’s as I have noticed you humans seem to have alot of trouble BEING.  It looks like its hard for you to have fun when you’re always DOING.  Recently I noticed my human play pal being kinda grumpy in the hot weather and some days not even taking me for my morning joy walk as she was grumbling about it being too hot.  If she could feel what I’m feeling, cooking under all this fur, she might have a different story.  One day I finally got her to take me for a swim and wondered why she was not coming in the water with me.  I gave her a little nudging by pretending I didn’t understand what she was saying when she was telling me to come out of the water.  She eventually came in to play with me and now every morning she joins me for a swim.  I notice how much happier she is and wonder why it took her so long to figure out that if she starts her day in a playful way it will set her up for more joy throughout her day!

The other thing I want to share is that I love fruit and there is fresh fruit everywhere in the Okanagan all summer long.  Yum!  One of my favorite treats to have after a swim, well actually anytime, is watermelon. There’s no mistake that my favorite fruit has the word water in it!  Check out this little video of me slurping on my favorite summer treat.  Doesn’t that look like fun?

So there you go… pretty simple huh.   For summertime fun~ swim and eat watermelon.  You will be amazed  how great you will feel!  And keep sending out those love vibes too!
