Spring Has Sprung! What Seeds Are You Planting?

Signs of spring are abundant everywhere you look.  Flowers are blooming, birds are chirping, the grass is turning green.  People are cleaning their homes, digging in their gardens, de-cluttering their closets, and getting ready for this change to a new season.  This is my favorite season for this very reason. I love to live the saying “Out with the old and in with the new”.  This doesn’t necessarily mean you have to go out and buy new things but for some it may be a part of bringing in something new.  Spring can also be a time to renew, renovate, redecorate, and change things around.  Or perhaps it means refreshing your wardrobe.  Every spring and fall the Lovin Livin Team celebrate these changes in the weather by hosting a Lovin Livin  Clothes Exchange Party.  It is a great opportunity to clean out your closet, let go of wardrobe treasures that are no longer serving you and make space for new to you items. Watch for upcoming blog and pictures of this joy filled event we just had last weekend!

In whatever way you celebrate spring, be sure to do something that is fun and honouring for you.  How are you decorating your soul this spring?  Here is some soul food in support of replenishing this important part of YOU!
