Why This Blog

Joy is not in things, it is in us! ! Richard Wagner

Why this blog?

The purpose of this blog is to connect with people who desire to have more Joy & Fun in their life!  Who doesn’t want this!? My goal is to simply share experiences, insights, knowledge and sometimes quirky, silly and out of the box ideas and tools. Shake up your world a bit and perhaps give you a different perspective. I desire to remind  what a incredible, limitless human BEING you are. This journey is short so lets enjoy it as much as we can. The journey may not always be easy and fun , however, I believe I can help you in lightening your load and bring more happiness into your life!

I believe that life can be simple even though the world is complex.
This blog will cover a wide range of topics from inspiration, motivation, goals, big dreams, fun, success, happiness, self care and self love,  communication and relationships.
My intention is to keep it simple and share every day experiences that you will not only relate to yet connect you to your heart, that deeper part of you that perhaps does not come out to play every day, that part that is tucked away deep inside , yearning to be heard  and seen!
You will connect with laughter, sadness, silliness, quirky, fun creative parts of you.
My intention is to support you more in being vs doing and keeping things simply and fun in a complex world, did I share this already.?

If  your still with with me then woo hoo, it means  your ready for more,

FUN is the act of Doing and Joy is in the feeling (I love this is because it also provides the balance of feeling(being)) and the act is the doing! Also heart and head balance.

I looked up Websters Dictionary meaning of joy and fun as follows , you may want to look up as well to find a even better description.

A: the emotion evoked by well-being , success, or good fortune or by the prospect of possessing what one desires : delight
A state of happiness
A source or cause of delight
Origin of Joy

Fun:
What provides amusement or enjoyment : playful often boisterous action or speech
2. action or speech that provides amusement or arouses laughter
